IMPACT:
There was no impact on already existing customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility, and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, customers were unable to perform calls to the API, directly or through the web interface (panel), for about 5 minutes. Also, a brief interruption of the web interface occurred.

Completed - CloudSigma would like to inform you that the planned hardware maintenance in the Monterrey cloud location was cancelled and not performed. The maintenance aimed at upgrading the hardware of one of the servers sustaining the cloud.

IMPACT:
There was no impact on running VMs or the cloud performance as the maintenance was not carried out.

Update - CloudSigma would like to inform you that we switched the routing to our secondary ISP in our Monterrey Cloud location. The network performance is now back to normal and we are currently monitoring closely.
